Leave all the troops in tuvan Yugoslavia and change their template to 2 width artillery
The troops you get here will instantly railroad to olpnets once the CW starts
Use your troops that spawn in olonets to take leningrad. Use troops that spawn in amur or chita to quickly take Vladivostok and the other port
Once both ports are taken and the railroads that connect the ports to chita,, you can switch the artillery divisions into cavalry.
These will quickly take the large victory points in the west.
Using this method, the CW will last only roughly two months.
PS if you have the army xp, the cavalry spirit gives +5% division speed for quicker capturing
