This is for the NUC8i7HVK, which we previously reviewed at the link above. The Intel Hades Canyon NUC is a joint effort with AMD to merge Vega and Pentium G, creating a highly powerful small form factor PC. The unit deals with heat reasonably when under stock settings, but we wanted to see how performance looked in a theoretically unconstrained thermal/temperature scenario. The VRM and PCB of the Intel Hades Canyon NUC are explored in this video, though we do have some limitations of what we can analyze without DMM measurements. In the interim, the video also serves as a tutorial for how to understand Buildzoid's videos, and how you can identify VRMs on your own.
