Well, this is a puzzle-platformer mod created by Reepblue which is similar in style to Portal. In fact, this isn't a Portal mod, just a simple Source mod. Instead of using portals to solve puzzles, the player is equipped with an experimental device called the E.C.H.O., or the Punt Gun, which can be used to pick up cubes and punt puntable buttons, as well as certain types of cubes to change their properties. The game also has its fair share of "fizzler" fields as well.

Sometime later, PUNT was renamed to "Vectronic" and had its main mechanic changed, making use of "power balls", which can be shot at cubes to make them do special effects, similarly to the punting ability of the Punt Gun. Originally the game ran on Source SDK Base 2013, but was eventually changed to the Alien Swarm engine branch. Reepblue has since moved on from the Source engine to develop with Leadwerks, where he attempted to bring his project over to that engine. The game was ultimately unfinished. In the end, reepblue made a new other puzzle-platformer called "Cyclone", which introduces the Cyclone Cannon, which can shoot cyclones that can launch the player and objects from it. Cyclone is available on Steam as a paid title in early access, with a free demo version too.

Meanwhile, a new iteration of PUNT is in the works, by LunchHouse Software. Originally named PUNT: Rebirth, the game was originally using the same artstyle as the original PUNT. Later, the game received a massive overhaul on the artstyle, and the game's name was simply changed back to "PUNT". It is also shown that the Punt Gun has a new name, called the "E.M.M.A." The new PUNT game is yet to be released.
