In today's video I'll be talking a bit about one of my favorite gaming subgenres of all time and that's Arena Shooters. You all probably know by now my love for Halo and the games that influenced it and the games that it influenced. We were in a pretty dark period over the last 10 or so years with Halo being really the only mainstream Arena Shooter but with Halo looking better than it has in many years plus new games entering the ring along with the "revitalization" of an absolute classic, I think it begs the question, Are we in for a resurgence of Arena Shooters?
