Halo Infinite - RTX 2060 / Ryzen 2600 - 1080p Custom Settings
Gameplay benchmark of Halo Infinite (Microsoft Store version) on an RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 2600, using RivaTuner Statistics Server to display info on the top of the screen.
Resolution is set to 1920x1080. Graphics settings are mostly set at High, with a couple of tweaks. The game runs exclusively on DirectX 12.
After a long, rocky development, Halo Infinite is here... and while it's quite fun, you can tell it was a rocky development. It doesn't look bad, but I sure as balls don't think it looks good enough to justify being this hard to run. It's also lacking features like Variable Rate Shading on PC, which does exist in the Series X/S version.
With a mix of High settings, the framerate hovers around 60, but still isn't as smooth as one would like. Certainly more playable than the Ultra preset, but still feels choppy.
