Base game tweaks to run optimized or improved functions of the game.

Sorry for the sharp "S" sounds in this video.
I have since addressed this and it will be
less of an issue in future videos.

*~ Notes ~*
[ Motion Blur ]
There is a setting called "Disable Blur Effect" located under "Game & HUD".
This is referring to the motion blur you will see on
your weapon when you initiate the Dash/Run move.

[ Cutscene Issue ]
You may experience a glitch/bug where when you start a new game.
The first cutscene tries to play as it is loading the level and it doesn't load.
It plays the first few frames then freezes.
You get the option on the bottom right corner of the screen to skip or continue.
Then it just drops you right into the first level of the game.

I have played the Redux version before and didn't have this happen.
It did happen to me though when setting things up for my playthrough on YouTube.
Looking online, it is happening to others as well.
I don't really know what is causing this.
To fix this all I had to do was shut the game down and restart it.
Then start the New Game again and it was fine.
All other cutscenes are playing normally.

PC gaming can be a real pain in the ass more than half the time these days.
You set a game up and it plays fine.
Then the next time you go to play it, you run into issues.
Even if it is still already installed and set up on your PC.

Please let me know in the comments if you run into these issues.
I'm assuming it is caused by Windows 10 being updated so much.
Breaking a codec or something those videos use.
Could even be the fact that I "and most other people" are using Solid State Hard Drives.
Maybe the cutscenes are being accessed too fast.
I'll try to help you get things running if I can.
