Dr.Harleen Quinzel, after moving to Arkham Asylum for work, was assigned as Arthur Fleck’s latest psychiatrist. As Quinzel has little experiences with her profession and Fleck bearing an instant, almost creepy fondness of her (stalking Harleen, making grim jokes about guns and all that)--with little time they seemed to already have a very complex understanding about one another, and soon the special relationship had crossed the line: blossoming into mutual feelings and romance instead. However, with Gotham’s recent funding and the announcement to cut all social services program down in the city-- Quinzel is forced to make department. She told Arthur that she would be transferred to another psychiatric ward, and tearfully promised that she would keep in touch. Arthur, upon hearing the news--simply can’t accept the idea of letting her go, and find himself falling into severe depression. He started smoking, treating her coldly. And without any medication or guidances, his mental health started worsening, a lot more so than any phrases he had before. In an unhinged state he kidnapped Quinzel, thus creating the idealized partner to pair with his psychopathic alter ego. That was also how they had finally became Harley Quinn and Joker, ruling the city together with their chaotic schemes and turbulent relationship - The true king and queen of Gotham City.

Guess I should be proud of myself for this; although I don’t really feel like it :/ (I mean look at those fonts and transitions, bwahahaha such amateur) I am happy to say at least that I’m doing pretty well for the past few days so far. Taking a break off editing to focus on writing was a huge sacrifice for me, because I love doing both tbh! It almost feels like I was trying to divide my heart into equal parts to satisfy all the hobbies lol. The way I put it does make everything sounds stressful, eh?

Anyhow I hope that comparison isn’t too far-fetched. For now just enjoy the vid for what it is: Harley, Joker, their laughters and the iconic wardrobe of purple/green/red :))) (or shall I say purple only, since this coloring is pure lavender lmao. Its pretty tho)
