For most people, trying to change your thoughts can be like trying to stop smoking. It's difficult!

In this video, I discuss a few concepts related to altering typical patterns of thinking and identifying when your thinking isn't balanced or correct. Instead of trying to change your thoughts, it's often better to challenge them and examine the legitimacy of your claims.
