Psychotherapy is a very interesting and yet mysterious profession. One of the reasons why Psychotherapy is mysterious is because the relationship between client and therapist isn't a typical one.

The therapist makes all of the decisions in a relationship, decides on treatment, has educational and social "pull " and explores and evaluates psychiatric needs you may be completely unaware of.

Everything about you is under the scope of the therapist. It is a one-way relationship in which you divulge information and yet, the therapist divulges absolutely nothing or very little.

In this video, I utilize 10 minutes to answer audience questions regarding the therapeutic relationship.
