Hey everyone, its Phil and Dan heading to Kulin WA for this episode and see what is hidden out here in the country. So we have a few car owners to interview out here, but we have no idea what to expect.

Interview with Gerald

Aussie Garage is here with Gerald and his 1969 VF Valiant two door hardtop that was rescued from his cousins house that was sitting under a tree wasting away with water in the engine. So he brought the Valiant off his cousin for $50 and dragged it home for his three boys to work on and have some fun.

After the boys had finished with the Valiant for Fun, Gerald decided to use the VF Valiant to become part of the Old Bastards Charity Rally that is run in Kulin every year. So, he got the Valiant back to road worthy condition and got it licensed. The VF Valiant has now completed 23 Old Bastards Charity Rally's and still going strong. Its help raise funds for the hospitals and the RFDS - Royal Flying Doctors Services.

The engine is a straight 6 cylinders, 245 engine with the standard features that Valiant come out with. Gerald is running a three speed manual.

Gerald also has a 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air and he is the second owner of the vehicle. The Chevy Bel Air motor was redone by Chev power to pull a horse float with it. The chevy has done a 139,000 since new. Gerald had do some rust repair on the roof and boot, but overall very good condition.

Its running a 283 chevy engine with original Rochester carbies and power steering as well. Gerald had to repair the bottom of the front seat and the whole back seat, but the rest is original as new.

Gerald admitted he has to many projects at home but he is happy about it.

We saw a 1916 hit and miss engine at Kulin Museum, which was amazing.

Dave - Ford Model A Cruiser

We also caught up Dave about his 1928 Ford model A and Dave has owned for 20 or more and he has plans to restore it one day. The Model A still runs but needs a few repairs before it can drive around. The Ford Model A has had a few owner before Dave. When he restores it, he will go back to full specs the Model A came out with and paint it back to Ford Blue paint.
