We’re on Day 3 of the Battle for Super Earth. It’s not war anymore—it’s triage with guns.
First, it was Eagleopolis. The Illuminate hit it like a hammer. Tall towers, malls, subways, everything turned to ash in hours. Then they spread—Remembrance and Equality-on-Sea. We lost contact with half our squads in the first wave. By Day 2, it looked like the whole planet was going to vanish under blue lights and plasma fire. But we pushed back.
We held Remembrance. We made them bleed in the alleys and boulevards. So they redirected—swarmed back to Eagleopolis. That city’s gone now. The Great Mall of Super Earth is a crater. Congressional Rapids Family Fun Zone? Gone. Just twisted steel and bodies.
But now we’ve got fresh boots on the ground. Recruits are dropping in like it’s launch day again. The budget’s been restored. And the Eagles finally got anti-air, so we’re not completely naked in the sky anymore. And Super Earth? They’re handing out emergency M-105 Stalwarts like candy on Constitution Day. If you can hold it and fire it, it’s yours. No requisition needed.
We’re tired, we’re bitter, we’re low on medpacks, and most of us haven’t slept since Mars got glassed. But we’re still here. And if the Illuminate think they’re going to waltz through our last cities like it's a parade route, they’ve got another thing coming.
