Hello Kitty no Ekikoyomi (ハローキティの易暦) i-Mode mobile sample Fairy Kitty no Kaiun Jiten (フェアリーキティの開運辞典)
I recommend changing the quality to 720p by clicking the cog if you can. Hello Kitty no Ekikoyomi (ハローキティの易暦) by Imagineer was an August 1, 2000 mobile phone (i-Mode compatible) software counterpart to Fairy Kitty no Kaiun Jiten: Yousei no Kuni no Uranai Shugyou (フェアリーキティの開運辞典 ~妖精の国の占い修行~); the December 11, 1998 Game Boy Color divination (fortune-telling) software/game that Imagineer had previously released.
While the actual mobile phone game is probably now lost media (other than official and news documentation pertaining to what it was about, and any screenshots of it), fortunately you can still access a sample (demo) of the software which can be run on your browser from an archive.org capture of the relevant page on the Japanese Imagineer official website.

Additionally, a capture of the Imagineer page which linked to the index is at https://web.archive.org/web/20000301215922/http://www.imagineer.co.jp/imagi_n/pickup/i-mode/index.html . It gives you some general information about the game in Japanese, and a photo of the game on a mobile phone, as well as screenshots.
For more information about the full phone game, see the Sanrio Wiki article I recently created. https://sanriowiki.com/wiki/Hello_Kitty_no_Ekikoyomi
