HELP ME NERDARCHY My D&D Character is Pregnant| GM 911

I have been running a campaign for several months now and I allow my pc's to have sex in game with npc's if they wish to. I have added homebrew elements in to the game to reflect this, such as they can purchase condoms at general stores, they have to roll for sexual diseases and pregnacies, etc.
Well, one of my pc's- a female aquatic elf fighter- recently got with a male npc and ended up pregnant. The player and I were discussing what this would mean for her character and we have not been able to find much in the books we have or any of the online articles and videos we could find.
The sort of the things we were looking for is how we should treat combat as she's getting further and further along in her pregnancy- like would she get exhaustion levels, can she miscarry if she gets damaged, etc.- should she be sidelined during the later stages, and will she need to get custom armor. If you can think of any other advice to give us, we would truly appreciate it.
