Henry Cavill’s return to Superman faces delays
0When Henry Cavill unexpectedly appeared as Superman in "Black Adam" in October, people were thrilled. Shortly after, Cavill said he was ready to re-don the red cape for DC Studios and Warner Brothers Discovery. His comeback also appeared assured for a spell. But according to TheWrap, Henry Cavill appears to have run into some difficulties while trying to return to his role as Superman.
There is presently no writer or director linked to the project, and there is also no official agreement with Henry Cavill to return, despite prior reports that the hunt for a writer was in progress, according to many people with knowledge of the matter.
An insider also claims that the project is currently stagnant because James Gunn and Peter Safran, the newly installed DC Studio bosses, are focused on perfecting their long-term strategy for the DC Universe.
