7Star of "America's Got Talent" Ray Singleton said that his wife Roslyn Singleton passed away on November 15, 2022, after a protracted battle with brain cancer. The couple's trip was in the news for most of the year and will be cherished as an example for future generations of couples seeking inspiration.
In 2020, the pair first came to the attention of the world when a video of Ray singing to his wife before her brain surgery went viral. The world was captivated by their tenacity and love for one another as additional details of their story came to light. Roslyn had been cancer-free for six years when a new brain tumour was discovered during a regular yearly scan, as the Charlotte Post summarised. The couple's first wedding anniversary was not far away when the news broke, which led to a protracted and sad argument.
In an emotional tribute, Ray Singleton posted to his Instagram a collage of his wife Roslyn with a caption that read, "Our wife earned her wings yesterday while peacefully sleeping right at home where she wanted to be ... Now we celebrate her legacy, her impact, her story & HER SPIRIT!" Ray is known for his upbeat attitude. He also posted a video from Charlotte, North Carolina news station WSOC-TV with the description, "You shook up the world girl!!!!" in all capital letters.
