20th Century Fox filed a trademark for a project called Alien: Isolation. No details yet, though The Creative Assembly has been quietly working on a new Alien project for next-gen systems.

The gaming industry is all Britney and not enough Pink Floyd, according to Oddworld CEO Lorne Lanning. According to Lanning, games need to deliver more complex content above par of pop — which "evaporates from the history books more quickly."
