I am starting to like that crossbow and Dragon Claw (Heretics "Chaigun", but it doesn't share ammo with "Pistol"). Fast shooting, pretty powerful, good for dispatching slow enemies like Undead Warriors. And (with Tome of Power) for wiping out group of enemies.

Speaking about Tome, i was used to that items in inventory are carrying out to next levels. Also i can carry items from level to next, but i lost a surplus of those. That means i can keep only one item each (besides Wings of Wrath- but i almost never used them in Hexen, so hardly i can called that a loss).
