HG Cybaster Kit Build #modelkit #srw #gunplabuilder
20So today we're building the HG Cybaster kit. Cybaster is the first original SRW unit created and debuted in the 2nd Super Robot Wars game. This mecha was designed by Junichi Moriya, and has since featured in many of the SRW games.
Bandai Spirits released this kit in June of 2021, and was the 1st of the HG SRW kits to be released. It retailed for around 4400 yen (or $28 USD). It also released on the 30th anniversary of the series. It stands at around 7.5 inches or 190mm with the wings. The build consists of 5 large runners and 8 smaller ones, with a small sticker set.
The build itself was great, the large clawed feet help it stand despite the large wings on it's back. Beware of the really small under gates on some of the pieces though, they can rub off easily and leave a hole. For weapons, it comes with it's sword and Familiar's with their own separate stands.
