Higurashi When They Cry - Hou+ (Part 4): Neo Finishes Both "Lady Killing Chapter" & Kamikashimashi

Neo, now that the stakes have more or less been revealed to him, is steel reeling over the sheer absurdity of the scale of the threat he's dealing with, as well as the circumstances that have lead up to where he's currently at now (at least as far as he currently understand them, because he's certain that he's only seen the tip of the proverbial iceberg that is the current conspiracy surrounding the strain of Hinamizawa Syndrome that appears to have taken root outside the borders of Hinamizawa itself). Honestly, Neo can only laugh at this point. That, and try to find the now rabid, genocidal Takano before she sets the next stage of her seemingly world-ending plan into motion and ending life on the planet as we know it possibly for good.
Only, there's a few problems: While Neo knows that Takano is somewhere in Okinomiya along with himself and his comrades, he doesn't know for sure WHERE she's hiding. Additionally, he's gotta try to search for Takano WHILE ALSO trying to survive and navigate an entire town filled with bloodthirsty lunatics who will try to kill him and anyone else they see on sight.
To say that Neo's got his work cut for him this time around would be a MASSIVE understatement. If only he brought a machine gun...
But hey, at least it's not ALL doom and gloom! At least Neo's got what's left of "Lady Killing Chapter" to ALSO look forward to before the doom and gloom resumes! Although, in the case of the "ladies" in question, perhaps it is STILL a matter of "doom and gloom" depending on one's perspective...
But when Neo resumed Kamikashimashi, things more or less went as expected, with Neo & company trying and eventually managing to get their way to the Sonozaki Offices in Okinomiya. But shortly after arriving there, things begin taking what Neo saw as an expected turn of events... only to start taking an UNEXPECTED turn right after.
Then another... then another... then another... then another... then another... then another... then ANOTHER......................
............... What the hell did I just read?
