Noel the Mortal Fate (Pt 4): Neo Gains More Allies While Completing Seasons 4 & 5

Early-game-vacation time is over for Neosekken, and so he, as Noel, must return to far more serious matters: namely, dealing with the mayor. Neo was forced at a stalemate when it was revealed that the mayor had not only recruited Noel's friend Jillian, but Jillian was the one that was controlling the powerful demon that caused him a lot of trouble in the previous season.
Just what exactly will Noel do now that Jillian is standing in her way? Neo knows it won't stop Noel from seeking revenge, but will Noel's quest for vengeance end up requiring Jillian to become a sacrifice if she refuses to stay out of Noel's way? Or is there a way to get Jillian from out of Burrows' clutches and save her? As of now, Neo isn't sure, but he's hopeful that he'll be able to find a way to achieve the latter option over the former. Either way, one thing is for certain: Burrows can't be allowed to continue on with his corruption.
Long story short, a LOT of things happen, with many battles to be had, but at the end of it all Neo completes Season 4 and Season 5, and he gains some unexpected, yet competent allies to help him in his ongoing war with Burrows!
