Higurashi When They Cry - Hou+ (Part 3): Neo Begins the Third Arc of Hou+, "Kamikashimashi"

Taking place right after where "Outbreak" leaves off, Neo and everyone else except Rika leaves Hinamizawa to try and go to Okinomiya in order to escape the chaos that Hinamizawa had decended into that forced everyone to fight for their lives. Everyone is concerned that Okinomiya and other regions around Japan are also experiencing the same problems that had affected Hinamizawa, but with supplies running scarce in Hinamizawa Neo and the others are left with no real choice but to try their luck elsewhere, while Rika stays behind to try and bring calm and leadership to the remaining villagers in Hinamizawa.
Neo already suspects that the worst is still yet to come, and as he's searching for anything and everything he can in order to ensure the survival of himself and his friends, Neo hopes to learn the truth behind what started the initial Outbreak. He knows that some kind of global parasitical conspiracy is supposedly tied to the origins of the initial outbreak, but Neo has gone through enough crazy scenarios throughout all the various arcs of Higurashi to know that, in all liklihood, he's probably only scratched the surface behind the conspiracy surrounding the outbreak, and that whatever the full truth of the matter is going to be is gonna be something that will try (and probably succeed) in making a pretzel out of his grey matter by the time all this story's twists and turns reveal themselves to him.
