Your usual "Wipe out this one room" contract, though with an interesting little wrinkle: The patient, like Owen Cage in Patient Zero, can't actually notice any crimes being committed, which is why he doesn't react to poisoning one of the researchers. However, this also means he can't be distracted, which can make it hard to take him out... except the way I do it, I suppose.

Both guards could easily be pushed over the railing, but nobody will get up there in time to see what's going on anyway. I suspect the way I went is faster than the helicopter due to needing to go down another ladder to get the key, but I could be wrong.

A disguise carousel type contract where, as is often the case, we don't actually want to start in any of the disguises even though we can start in three of them. To avoid too much backtracking, an EMP is set up to distract the target who must be taken out as a Biker with an explosive to drop him. His body will get found very quickly, so we need to be in a position to leave immediately -- conveniently, the bike exit is right there.

Hey, Mendoza contracts sorta work now. So let's do one that's kinda clever, and remind everyone that there is a difference between a Suit contract and a Suit Only contract. The Tactical Wetsuit counts as a Suit, and so we don't need to start in one. That's convenient, as a Gaucho disguise lets us plant propane and drop a Concussion Duck in just the right spots to ensure everybody blows up in an accident before anyone can see them KO'd. The outfit even unlocks a nearby exit for us!
Also that sound that plays at around a minute and a half into the video was an actual weird sound that happened in-game and not an editing or encoding thing. I have no clue what it was either.
