Agent 47 is back and in the prime of his career in HITMAN; a live and ever-expanding game that will give players new contracts and challenges to complete every week. The season premieres with the first episode on March 11.
On release players have access to the Intro Pack content - Prologue Mission, the Paris Sanguine Fashion Show, full access to Contracts Mode, Escalation Mode, elusive targets and other live content. Remaining content will be available as six releases periodically throughout 2016, starting April 2016.
As Agent 47, you perform contract hits on high-profile targets in exotic locations around the world. Future locations - in April, Sapienza Italy, track down a scientist residing in the sunny coastal town. In May, the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, Morocco. And as the story expands you will travel to Thailand and the USA before concluding in Japan later in 2016.
Episode Two takes you to the sunny Italian coastal town of Sapienza, a dense location full of challenges and packed with opportunities for the creative assassin. Track down Silvio Caruso and destroy a deadly virus in this multi-layered mission. This new episode includes new challenges, targets, weapons, gear, starting locations, stash points and location mastery as well as a whole Mediterranean town to explore. As with all locations within HITMAN, dark secrets and engaging stories are everywhere to be found in charming Sapienza.
Tracking two targets, the “Gilded Cage” mission challenges players to eliminate private banker Claus Strandberg, holed up inside the secure Swedish Consulate, and army General Reza Zaydan, protected by his elite squad of soldiers who have taken over an abandoned school. From the busy bazaars and bustling marketplace, to the angry mobs calling for justice outside the Swedish consulate, Marrakesh promises HITMAN players the lure of voyeurism and the thrill of infiltration.
The HITMAN Summer Bonus Episode consists of two separate ICA missions which catalogue Agent 47’s first trips to both Sapienza and Marrakesh. In Sapienza, ‘The Icon’, sees the town taken over by a film crew shooting a new sci-fi blockbuster complete with a 100ft mechanical killer robot in the middle of the town square. And in ‘A House Built on Sand’ players will travel to the noisy and busy night markets of Marrakesh where Agent 47 must stop a billion dollar deal taking place.
