This run was completed on Patch 3.10.0, which was available from January 20 to February 23, 2021. The most memorable feature of this patch was the Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic sniper rifle, which could wallbang through an infinite number of walls and objects. If you own the game on Epic Games Store, you can still access this patch by downpatching.
Hitman 3 runs on old patches are not accepted on speedrun.com. I did this run just for fun, as I didn’t get the chance to play this patch back in the day; I purchased the game in late March 2021.
