In this HoI4 AI only 1936 historic scenario, Stalin understood that Axis invasion is coming and has prepared Soviet defenses to meet them. Soviet units wont scatter across Asia when Axis invades, but will instead all be in defensive positions on the Eastern front. Both Axis and Comintern, as well as Allies majors, are buffed by 1 level. This resulted in a stalemate and will be explored further in future scenarios.
