We'll be playing Item Randomizer and randomizing all the items (and maybe cursing the run a bit). As an added bit of difficulty that might prove problematic we'll be running the Geo Hunger mod that causes us to lose one geo every second and causes damage once we run out of geo. This should be doable (I think randomizer generally gives a few hundred geo to start) but if we die and respawn in a bad place without geo it could get interesting.
