Torin Crater has a softlock in it. I think it has to do with either the timing of getting Rachel to the rendezvous point, or the trigger isn't actually where the map says it is. I was on pace for a new PB/WR when Torin Crater softlocked. It is my least favorite mission by far and I was very unhappy when this happened. The splits were comparing against split times, not real time. I was around 7 mins ahead real time when it happened.

EDIT: This isn't a softlock, you can still complete the game. The trigger that causes Rachel to rendezvous with the Kapisi is located on a different part of the map that where it is show on the sensors manager. If Rachel is past that point when the Sakala arrives, you simply need to move her over the trigger to continue the mission. See one of my latest speedruns for some insight.
