187Honoring Jesse Lee Peterson. An emotionally out of control man is useless.
Welcome back everybody.
Happy 4th of July, I hope everybody had an Ah-Mazing weekend.
Today's video will be honoring MY FAVORITE YOUTEBER, Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson.
This video is only about me talking about how Jesse Lee Peterson changed my life for the better, from Beta to Alpha. From Rage to Responsibility. From Anger to Acceptance. Being a Man & What it means.
This video will not talk about his stance on other topics.
It is ABSOLUTELY vital that today's boys understand the odds they will go through growing up in a system that is teaching them that weakness is a strength or virtue, that weakness I am talking about is EMOTIONS. You can absolutely have emotions & use them & react with them. But YOU MUST be in control of yourself & your emotions.
THE DANGERS OF BEING A MAN:
Follow your heart. NO, your heart will always betray you because it wants to avoid pain, it is selfish & in the long run you will suffer for it & blame the world around you. Use your logic & THINK CLEARLY.
Screaming, shouting, slandering, cursing are the weak man's tools that never gets him anywhere apart from loneliness, bitterness & unwanted.
Growing up without a father was very difficult but my family was lucky in that my Mother raised us strictly but with love. I don't know how she did it but she was able to raise 3 boys into 3 men that took responsibility. We were terrible but we all had strong characters that never gave up no matter what.
But I the eldest, was the most emotional & sensitive of the 3 & that made me the worst. I was a strong & emotional person, I was both male & female & when I didn't get my way, everybody would pay. That caused me a lot of problems especially with my Girlfriends. I never saw how men & women interacted so I was a mess. Girls & women are generally more emotional & me being emotional, we would ALWAYS be at odds when conflict would arise. Each relationship was a failure.
I did eventually start seeing how I WAS THE ONE THAT WAS NOT WORKING.
I did improve & had better relationships but not quite there.
Then one day, I heard the words of Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson & it all hit me like a ton of bricks. I literally spent an entire day watching his videos & listening to him & his guests talk & it ALL clicked. I WAS A BETA MALE!
I am an incredibly quick study & very quick to adapt to any given situation. I started putting in to practice EVERYTHING I was learning.
My last girlfriend Jojo, saw ALL the improvements in my character I made & we went from a rocky to a much better place. Patience & not arguing everything with her & not being angry when I didn't get my way very much changed our relationship.
If you do not have the examples in front of you, you must seek them somewhere. If you want to be a strong upstanding man of character & substance with a love for God, Jesse Lee Peterson is a great man to take example of. I was around the same age he was when he discovered his weaknesses as a man & overcame.
