Horde Guide: Strategies to Succeed on Insane

The strategies discussed should give players all the basic information needed in order to complete a 50 wave run on Insane.
These strats are based on a beginner to intermediate level of play.
As you level your classes and become more familiar with more advanced tactics, your strategy will change slightly.
We would also like to note that this focuses on what we have found to be the most efficient and reliable strategy. There are many out there, and many may be more 'fun', but this is what we've found to be the most successful.
