Just some out of bounds sightseeing and messing around in Sunfall with a mount. Contains light spoilers regarding Sunfall.

0:00 - air riding into Sunfall isn't too big a deal. It's possible to start the "mount zip" using the campfire before Daytower in most of the west part of the map, after all. (Note: only works on unpatched version.)

0:25 - if you activate the inner Sunfall campfire too early, it's still "inactive" according to the game and it will send you to a wrong location. Which is, in this case, inside the throne room. That area is empty, and all doorways out of there are barred shut, so Aloy becomes stuck.

1:25 - or, if you're well prepared, you can leave a mount standing at the doorway to the throne room so you can just mount to freedom afterwards.

1:36 - if you're here early, you get some expository cutscenes while in the area. Riding into them with a mount doesn't cause anything special to happen, but it does look a bit funny.

1:55 - I left a wild Strider amidst a group of training Shadow Carja soldiers. Good thing they're all professionals and do not panic or otherwise display worry of any kind regarding this hostile machine.

The Strider finds it difficult to move at all; perhaps its path is blocked by all the NPC characters. To note, you get a similar sort of reaction if you leave a wild Strider in air.

3:31 - now comes the inevitable part where I just wander around and breathe in the sights of Sunfall. Out of bounds is so pretty in this game! Most of the dorms area is empty inside.

3:54 - it's another stylish guard tower place with a venerable forest of wooden poles.

4:18 - it seems the Shadow Carja DO have the luxury of at least one (unfurnished) room they can sleep in.

4:32 - the underground tunnel leads out of bounds.

5:07 - there's a dead end corridor no one can reach above the throne room. Wonder why the Carja people keep building such illogical houses? They must pride making things harder for themselves.

5:24 - likewise, there's a dead end corridor at the back of the throne room as well. Also, here's a shot from below the throne room.

(Not on the vid: if you re-enter the throne room area during post-game, the NPCs from the story quest are still around and can still be spoken to. They don't have anything new to say, though.)

5:54 - another expository cutscene is seen when you come to Sunfall for the first time and go near the railing overlooking the arena. Afterwards, there's a Behemoth and some soldiers fighting down below... let's go take a closer look.

6:31 - the Behemoth's attacks hurt Aloy as usual. However, Aloy can't hurt it back! Good thing Aloy is not made to face THIS particular Behemoth during the story line, or she'd be in trouble.

7:07 - this Behemoth isn't actually angry towards Aloy, and stops doing much of anything once all the soldiers in the area are dead.

7:47 - a part of the Behemoth had fallen off. I guess the nameless soldiers could do some harm to Behemoth, unlike Aloy. Soon the Behemoth came by, as if drawn towards this discarded part of itself.

8:14 - Farewell, noble Behemoth! Also, farewell to Youtube annotations, since this is probably my last video featuring them. Kind of sorry to see that feature go.
