The Point of the Spear:
After the Sawtooth passes you and gets far enough away to not hear you, lay down your Tripcaster’s Shock Wire across its path. You can lay multiple wires down right in front of each other. That way, once the Sawtooth breaks free of the first, getting it to trip into the next will be easy.
Wait in the tall grass until it’s stunned by the wire right in front of you. You have a small window of time to work now. Start shooting the Blaze Canister in its underbelly (it will glow if you use your Focus on it) with Fire Arrows. Back away toward the next Shockwires if you can while shooting, as after you do enough damage to it, the Sawtooth’s canister will explode. If you’re too close, you’ll take damage from the explosion.
You’ll most likely run out of Tripcaster Shockwires before you take down the Sawtooth. That’s okay. Just keep your distance and shoot when you can. Backing up while shooting is a basic strategy, but it works. Once the canister is gone, shoot its eyes to do extra damage.
