0A Level 3 Boost on an Off-Roader may not seem good, since the only other Off-Roader to have this drawback is the Mountain Mauler. It does hold the vehicle back, sadly. The handling is a bit uncomfortable since it tends to slide a bit more on the side in drifts, but at lest it does great drifting itself. It's not a rally car like the Lancia or Quattro. Brake as hard as you can to make it turn tightly. Fortunately, the Braking Power on it is good. The speed, acceleration, and boost power are definitely great, but that's really it. Might as well put on those Handling Skills to make it better.
Oh, I guess we're back to 2-point Handling Off-Roaders again after the Lancia. That streak didn't last long...
