3Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number there are a total of 29 Achievements/Trophies on PC/PS4/3/Vita. All of the Achievements but 3 (the secret ones) show you how to unlock them, the secret achievements show their description only when you unlock them.
On the PC version of Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number you don't need to see your achievements via Steam, go in the options menu and click "achievements". Achievements
1-800-CLEARED: Finish the game in normal mode. 1-800-GETHELP: Finish the game in hard mode. 1-800-GODDAMN: Get an A+ in all the chapters. FANTASTIC!: Unlock all of the Fans. THESE ARE MY RIFLES, THESE ARE MY GUNS...: Unlock all the weapons for Beard. SNAKE CHARMER: Unlock all snake masks. WHAT YOU LEAVE FOR YOUR SONS: Unlock all of the Son's techniques. FANATIC: Clear a level with each of the Fans. FAMILY BUSINESS: Clear a level with each of the Son's techniques. SNAKES ON A HEAD: Clear a level with each snake mask. DON'T LET ANGER GET THE BEST OF YOU: Clear each of the Writer's levels without killing anyone. EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!: Get the big picture (Find the 10 hidden newspapers parts). A BOX FULL OF SHARP OBJECTS: Use every weapon in the game at least once (33 weapons total). PERCUSSIVE MAINTENANCE: Destroy 100 electronics devices. KARMA: Die 1000 times. GENOCIDE: Kill 50,000 enemies. GOT YOUR BACK: Shoot 2 enemies during a chainsaw finish. FOLLOW THE SCRIPT: Do as the director says! (Follow the director's instructions in the pilot, Midnight Animal). ASSASSIN'S CRED: Clear the 1st floor of No Mercy with the silencer. DEAD SILENT: Finish subway without the gang leader seeing you. I'M COMING IN AND I'M UNARMED!: Clear Homicide without using guns. NUCLEAR WASTE: (Secret achievement) Destroy all of the cardboards in the level Homicide (there are 3 in the ground floor and 2 upstairs). STARE INTO THE ABYSS: (Secret achievement) Unlock the bonus level Abyss. To do so clear the third floor of Withdrawal without dying, then when the 50 Blessings operative gets the "cup of coffee" take the floppy disk from the table, when you later play as Evan pick it up from between Jake's things. THE BAR OF BROKEN HEROES: (Secret achievement) Meet up with the Biker. In the intro of Subway when you're in your house click your phone (its not highlighted), then complete the stage normally. In the end, instead of continuing in the next scene, you will go to a bar in which you can meet most of Hotline Miami 2's playable characters, excluding Richter. COMBO BEGINNER: Get a 5x combo. COMBO INTERMEDIATE: Get a 10x combo. COMBO MASTER: Get a 15x combo. COMBO GOD: Get a 20x combo. ACHIEVEMENT: Get all the achievements.
