House Flipper 2 Part 3: First Real House Flip Playthrough
3A playthrough of the next job where I fully renovate a home. During the job, you have to purchase a towel. However, it took me a while (and watching a YouTube video) to figure out that it places on the door of the oven, which was a little annoying. After the renovation, I gain access to buying houses to flip! I purchase the Lavender House and clean, renovate, and furnish it. Afterward, I sell it at an auction and earn over 17,000 in profit. I am glad that I finally unlocked houses to purchase and flip. I am pleased with the renovation, but there are A LOT of customization options that can feel overwhelming, so I often just use the first swatch when buying items. However, I am looking forward to renovating more homes and potentially moving the office to a new house.
House Flipper 2 is the second iteration of the game, where you buy and renovate houses, complete jobs in Story Mode, and build homes in Sandbox Mode.
