First of all. The maps shows in this video is from the fantastic crew of FH2. I love their work.

I will for the first time explain how I make ambient sounds for maps I use .
All maps I use have custom sounds. Clips from my huge 186 GB sound library.
I always make many different sound clips for the ambient sounds. If you are in a jungle you will hear the jungle. If you cross a river you will still hear the same jungle in the background and water from the river.
There should be no unnatural sound jumps in a map. Lets say you try to cross a river close to a jungle. With both your feet in a river, you will still hear the birds and critters far away. A little weaker though. In vanilla it is only black or white. You will either hear the jungle or the river. No mix.

A map should not be too quiet or not too noisy.

Credits this time goes to support from Mortarty, Gattobuono, Skilters, Kestrel Editions, Warrior_217 and all others that have given me help and good motivating feedback's.

I hope this video is informative and it will reveal that I am crazy about details.
