How many S.A.S. does it take to kill a Gingerbeast? Seems like only 4? LoL! | Ashran # 352
5Some matches you get to really see what you and your team are made of! Only 4 S.A.S. up in this match and we are up against Gingerbeast, granted, they may not have a fully stacked team like they are used to running, i.e. they dont have 12 Healers and 5 Tanks in this one LoL! But it still was a great match nonethless! They decided to avoid the team fight in the beginning and just zerg our Mage Jeron in the beginning, so I made the call to return the favor and zerg their Mage Rylai as well! Doing this also takes their play away from them where they just literally all hide in with their Mage to try and turtle later on in the match too!
Next up, we were leaving their Mage Tower and saw they were in our Forest and I made to call to rush the Forest and WIPE them there, and we did just that as well! The ALLY also got the Ogre, so we had to kill their Ogre while pushing the flag. I decided to head to the Solar Sphere to get the Haste buff for our team and I encountered a Warlock down there, it was a fairly close fight, but I edged out in the end and recaptured the Sphere. The problem was, I spent too much time down there, I was not able to make it to their base in time to kill their turn in NPC, Anenga, so we had to deal with a Tree!
We ended up falling back to our base, I tried to get some to go Ring of Conquest to farm Artifact Fragments, but no one really came, so I just got myself a Flame Buff and showed someone else what they looked like and headed back to the base so we could start work on killing their Tree with the help of the Gladiators. Once the tree stops constantly resetting and running back, we finally are able to DPS it down and then slowly start wiping the ALLY by our base while they have a long distance to try and run back to the team fight!
Now I call for everyone to Ring of Conquest after pushing the flag some too. Just as we get the first round of Ogres down on the outside, here comes Gingerbeast and the ALLY and we hold them on the stairs dropping Arcane Prisons to help out. We slowly wiped them and pushed them back and they fled like chickens with their heads cut off. We then quickly finish the Ogres and get back to our base to turn in our Artifact Fragments again.
Knowing that another team fight was coming, we went down to the Solar Sphere to recapture the Haste buff for our team. Upon leaving, I noticed the Ancient Artifact has spawned and we head back to the Ring of Conquest to drop the Ancient Inferno to gives us that DPS boost that only the AA can give! Surprise, ALLY are coming back to ROC, we drop some Arcane Prisons at the entry way and manage to hold off long enough for our team to pick up the AA and we just start finishing all of the kills that we can to drop them closer to the final score of 0.
To close out the match, we had our team by our mage Tower and the second Flag, while we went back to the Solar Sphere just in case we would need it. But by the time we got down there, we finished off the remaining kills and put this match into the history books!
