3While players become better skilled in game the further they progress in it there are many habits that are formed at the start. For FromSoftware's games there are many habits that are bad; slow rolling, ineffective stat investment, panic rolling, specific attack spam, etc. Over time most will find ways to "fix" the flaws in their builds but few will take the time to break habits based on reactions. Most players never even realize their bad habits as higher rune levels can mask many mistakes and make them comfortable.
Just think of the over leveled summons at lower levels and how they commonly have the same bad habits as their hosts. They're often even easier to predict because they likely overcame challenge more through level/equipment than they did adaptation and as a result have additional bad habits.
