Just your typical infinite XP + infinite item + infinite gold + infinite crafting recipes trick. This took about an 70 minutes in real time, but I've fast-forwarded past the boring bits.

The core of the trick is this:
Blood magic gives you mana when you kill monsters
Paranormal Investigator gives you crafting recipies when you kill monsters
Perception gives you crafting recipies when you kill monsters
... and none of these skills care if you kill hostile monsers or your own pets!
As for the infinite XP, that's probably because the multiple small damage procs in Sandstorm makes pets hostile and then kills them before they have a chance to reset to friendly.
