Many of the most successful business employees today are continuously working to add new skills and experiences to their craft, and are often switching to new organizations every three to four years. However, there are still some in today's world that have found their successful by staying at the company they started their careers at for a long time, and there are many reasons as to why those people would stick with the old school approach. For this video, I will share with you three reasons as to why some of these people are lifers at an organization, and explain why they feel much happier staying at one organization instead of continuing to bounce around.
