Some things I forgot to note:
I got this version of vio2sf from Chipamp, a bundle of various VGM plugins for Winamp.
Set "Skip silence on start" to 0 to keep everything in sync.

People have been wondering how I do these kinds of videos for a while now, so I thought I'd get this out of the way. Please ignore the mic buzzing and overall shittyness of everything, I still gotta sort out some of the settings in OBS.
