To add OTA channels to Amazon Fire TV with an antenna:

Fire TV Smart TV:
Plug HD antenna into TV’s coaxial port.
Go to Settings - Live TV - Channel Scan.
Sync: Settings - Live TV - Sync Sources - “Antenna.”

Firestick/Fire TV Cube:
Connect antenna to tuner (e.g., Fire TV Recast, HDHomeRun, Tablo).
Install app (Find- Search - tuner name), scan channels in app.
Sync: Settings - Live TV - Sync Sources - select tuner.
Access: Channels appear in Live tab or Channel Guide (press Guide or say, “Open Channel Guide”).

Troubleshooting:

No channels? Reposition antenna, rescan
Not in guide? Resync, update Fire OS (Settings - My Fire TV - About).
