How to alter access rights in Odoo 13?

For models, we can set specific user’s permission like record create, delete, read and write
First of all explaining the user categories like a manager, user ...etc. This is the Groups
Which decide how the access rights needed so we can set access rights based on these groups
If we need to set read permission only for a specific group using access rights.if need to make a menu only show for a specific group we can also set it in by changing access rights in menu items. It will be very useful for security. We can set it in the UI Odoo user can set their access rights In settings have menu technical when Developer Mode is activated. Here we can change the access rights of models and menu items we can also create new groups in groups menu
then it can choose in The user Menu Have Some Models Categories here we can set new groups under our specific model category. If a user needs to hide a menu or field from a specific user’s with the help of this access right we can set it. Administrators can decide who needs to access which models and what operations have to do in that model. Sometimes You need to set a specific models record Not need to want to delete we can set it in the model's menu.
