Portal access is the access given to the customer or a user who needs to access the odoo instance. The video discusses about the portal users in #odoo13. In order to give access to the user, you need to first select the contact menu.

Once you selected the contact, you can create a new user by providing the Name and company and other important information of the users and save the details. Select the action button and you can see the grand portal access. You can provide the email in the required form and enable the portable option and apply the changes. You can enable a password by selecting the menu "users" in the "user and company" tab on the settings.

Once the user is created you can log in to the Odoo instance and can view the courses, Appointments, blogs, and shops.
