This is a guide / tutorial on how to beat the historical battle, Conquest in Jiangdong, in Total War: Three Kingdoms or otherwise known as TW 3K. Fun fact: I actually lost this battle a couple times before winning and finally beating it -- so I think my simple strategy / tactics can help others who are struggling with winning.

The first phase of this battle is ensuring you sustain as little losses as possible with your initial army vs army battle. After this, you want to move your reinforcements to the middle of the map. You do NOT want to rush in head first into spearmen. This is how I lost a couple times beforehand. See my positioning at about 12:34 of this video.
