Northern Wind bombs are the key to this fight. Simply use the bomb to freeze and immobilize the Ifrit then engage with Strong attacks while it's frozen. Be sure to use Elementa Oil to increase your damage. The first attack against the frozen Ifrit will do tremendous damage so be sure to use Strong attacks instead of a fast attack for the most value. Once struck the Ifrit will be unfrozen so use another Northern Wind and repeat until Victory.
