In today's video I want to share with you a question I get often, especially from younger people:
How can I become an artist?
The question is sometimes also phrased as:
How can I get started as an artist? Am I an artist?
There generally seems to be some overthinking when it comes to using this terminology and becoming an artist.
My approach to this is really simple:
If you make are consistently - you're an artist.
I do believe consistency is a big part of it.
Another aspect I consider important is to perpetually strive to improve the quality of my art, as well as the quality of my art PROCESS - my connection with it, and my enjoyment of it.
If you're struggling with these questions, I hope this video will ease the struggle and bring you some clarity.
