To begin, open the Facebook app on your mobile device and tap on the three horizontal lines located at the top right corner of the screen. Next, tap on the gear icon in the top right corner to open the settings. Once you’re in the settings menu, select "Account Center," which manages settings across Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Inside Account Center, scroll down and tap on "Personal Details." From there, select "Contact Info." This section shows all email addresses and phone numbers currently associated with your Facebook account.
To change your email, you’ll need to first add the new one before deleting the old. Tap on "Add New Contact" and then select "Add Email." Enter the new email address you want to use, and confirm it through the verification link sent to your inbox.
Once the new email address is verified and added, go back to the "Contact Info" section. Tap on the old email address and choose "Delete Email" to remove it from your account. Now your Facebook account will be linked to the updated email address.
