To change the name and picture of a group on your PS5 console, you can follow these steps:

Go to the group and go to messages, then view messages. Under here you must have more than 2 party members to make a custom group image and name.

Click on the 3 dots which is more and now you can go to party settings.
You can now change the group name and image to your liking. If you download the PlayStation app on your iPhone or Android phone, you can use any picture on your phone for the custom image and set the group image
