How to Open up the Internet Browser on PS5 Messages (Fast Tutorial)
3To access the web browser on your PS5, you can follow these steps:
Press the PS button on your DualSense controller while you are on the PS5 home screen.
Select the Game base option from the middle bottom of your PS5 home screen.
Choose any recent chat of your friend to go to Messages - View Messages.
Alternatively, you can access the PS5 web browser using Twitter. Here are the steps:
Navigate to the PS5 settings menu by clicking on the cog wheel icon at the top right of the PS5 dashboard.
Select Users and Accounts, followed by the Link with other services option within the Users and Accounts submenu.
Choose Twitter from the submenu.
The PS5 browser window will pop up, but we don’t actually want to link our Twitter account here, as doing so will close the PS5 web browser upon successfully linking, taking us straight back to the Settings menu. Instead, we want to click the option to ‘Sign up for Twitter’ found at the top right of the window, followed by ‘Log in’ on the following page.
Enter your sign-in credentials, and instead of being booted back to the PS5 settings menu, you’ll have access to your Twitter feed.
Finally, click any external site link embedded in tweets on your feed to be taken to that website
