To send a video message or image on PS5 console, you can follow these steps:

Press the PS button to go to the control center.
Select the Recently created card.

Choose a video clip or screenshot, and then select Share.
Select a share destination or recipient.

You can write a message to the recipient or add additional captures by selecting Screenshots and Video Clips.
Select Send. A notification lets you know when your capture is shared
